Describe the qualities that your program is looking for in a potential student-athlete?

Well, in an ideal situation, the PSA (Prospective Student-Athlete) would have adequate talent and both the athletes and parents (or those who are raising the child) would show signs of humility. Some characteristics of humility would be living for a cause greater then yourself, evidence of selflessness, PSA respects their elders (all of them). If I get an athlete that is humble, then I will get an athlete that is coachable. But, in reality, all great programs will take risks and will pick up athletes that lack in either of those areas but the price for the athlete is scholarship.
