Describe the qualities that your program is looking for in a potential student-athlete?

I look for athletes who have great integrity, self motivated, goal oriented, responsible and inspire to be successful in whatever they do.

Could you give us an example of a current or former player who exceeded your expectations, highlighting the reasons that player excelled?

Bradley Rager was just that type of student athlete for me. He has graduated, but left his mark on our program before leaving. Brad as we call him, knew what he wanted out of life. He just needed my guidance on figuring out how to get it. He came to Cal U. a 4.0 student with modest talent, but left as as a two time All American. To add, he was a fourteen time conference champion. He was awarded freshman of the year in 2004. He went on to earn another MVP honor before graduating in 2008. He left the PSAC undefeated in the Indoor 400 meters. He graduated California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology. He entered officer candidate school and earned a spot in the US Army Special Forces.
